Self-Defense
This is great for men and women who want to be able to protect themselves. Use self-defense for everyday activities such as walking down the street.
Traditional Korean Tae Kwon Do
This class teaches old school forms, self-defense and focus and builds self-esteem and self-control. This is great for children who have disabilities such as ADD or ADHD.
Grappling
This is ground sparring. 99% of your altercations out on the street are on the ground. This is what everyone considers ground fighting. Most fights end up on the ground, be prepared with this class.
Weapons Class
He teaches sword, bow staff, and nunchucks. This class can help you with self-defense, focus, and discipline. while learning a weapon, etc.
We Compete in Open Tournaments: All over the Tri-State Area

We have weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months, and a year.
